My Experience

After 30 years of progressive leadership experience in the Government IT consulting industry, I decided to open a new chapter of my career. I hope to now use my diverse experience to help others and help give them the "edge" that has always made me successful. I specialize in operational execution, organizational alignment, leadership development and growth.  



My Approach

My service starts with a comprehensive consultation of your current needs and opportunities.  If you have a particular project in mind, we'll start there.  Otherwise, we can collaborate on a proposed scope and project plan that includes estimated timelines and costs considerations.  Consulting engagements are executed on an hourly basis, with milestones to review progress, evaluate potential adjustments, and discuss overall satisfaction.
